DESCRIPTION
This ring looks good enough to eat!
A large rectangular pink opal gemstone sits on a wide checkerboard of alternating light pink, dark pink and white enamel.
We have chosen pink opal (not rose quartz or pink chalcedony) because it is an opaque stone with a beautiful true pink hue. Please note that it is a natural stone and thus has some markings and variations in colour from light to dark pink. It is not possible to source perfectly unifrom pink opals in this price range.

DIMENSIONS
The metal is brass with 2.5 microns of 18k gold vermeil, so the gold will last a long time. The reason we use brass in some of our rings, not silver, is that should the gold wear off (which won't happen for a long time) the brass will show through a great deal less than silver.
The pink opal gemstone measures 16mm by 12mm and the enamel border is 5mm deep. The band is 4mm.
